Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid subscriptions to Inturna ("Inturna," "we," "us"). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms below. This policy is part of, and incorporated into, our User Agreement & Terms of Service. Inturna is available only to adults 18 years of age or older.

1. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize our payment processor to charge your payment method the plan price each billing period until you cancel. Prices may change; if they do, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle after we provide notice, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel, you choose one of two options:

Option 1 β€” Cancel renewal (keep access for the rest of your billing period)

Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date. You keep full access to your plan’s features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that date, your account loses paid access. With this option, the payment for your current period is not refunded, because you continue to receive the service you paid for through the end of that period.

Option 2 β€” Cancel and request a refund (leave immediately)

If you are not satisfied, you may cancel and request a refund of your most recent subscription payment. When you choose this option:

  • Your subscription ends immediately and your access is revoked at once.
  • We refund your most recent subscription payment (only) to your original payment method.
  • Because this option returns your money, the email address associated with your account becomes permanently ineligible to use Inturna again, including for new accounts, paid plans, and free trials.

This permanent-ineligibility condition exists to prevent abuse of the refund option β€” specifically, repeatedly subscribing and refunding in order to use Inturna without paying. It is presented to you, and requires your explicit confirmation, before any refund is processed. This condition applies only to refunds you elect under this voluntary option; it does not apply to any refund we are required to provide under applicable law (see "Your statutory rights" below).

3. Free trials

Free trials do not involve a charge and are therefore not subject to refunds. Free trials provide Warm-Up tier access for 7 days. Each person and each email address is eligible for one free trial; email variants and aliases that resolve to the same inbox count as the same address, and disposable or temporary email addresses are not eligible. If you do not select a paid plan, your access ends when the trial period expires. We may modify, limit, or discontinue free trials at any time.

4. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us through our support page first β€” most billing issues can be resolved quickly. If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback that we reasonably determine to be unwarranted, we may suspend or terminate your account, and the associated email address may become ineligible to use Inturna on the same basis as the refund option above, to the extent permitted by law.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider and is outside our control, but is typically a few business days.

6. Termination for violations

If we terminate your account for a violation of the User Agreement, you are not entitled to a refund of any amounts paid, except where applicable law requires one.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply where you live. Where local law grants you rights that differ from this policy, those rights apply. A refund that we are required by law to provide will not, by itself, make your email address ineligible to use the service.

8. Local law

This policy is contingent upon the laws that apply where you live. Where your local laws require different or additional rights, we will act in accordance with whatever is legal and required in your particular area. Where any part of this policy conflicts with mandatory local law, that local law controls.

9. Contact
